very different ECG VT wide qrs tachycardia - can be haemadynamically stable VF - fibrillating line ie amplitude changes - always pulseless

VT rate between 150-200 , wide QRS interval, AV dissociation. VF is where vent contraction is rapid, irregular, ineffective. On ECG P , QRS ,T waves are not detectable.

VT is usually Paroxysmal and is usally upto 100per min.May be phyiological :?: :?: Usally arising from a single focus. VF occurs when the focus producing the tachcardia is different with every beat and is pulseless and is fatal
