Thanks dorada ,the reason I asked is I dont like to use too many books in my prep because of limited time but reading a post by 99er he said that NMS helped a lot so i think I'll use it before starting UW and see how it goes from there ,like you said question are imp. they connect the dots.

hay i totally agree doarada
even i suggsested in my post to do question after 1st read and do text again,it would really enhance,as step2 need not that conceptual study ,and digging deep ,but quick questioning and deciosion taking starategy and we can improve our impulse by doing questions
yeah hir ,i have done im so far,firdt read widout uestion,so seem useless,but doing surgery just finished trauma and orthopaedic,and then solved UW ,its really fun and very helpful
hay lily and dorada,i wil come back to NMS for sure for medicine only,not for other subjects,so after finishing my surgery which i decided to give 1 week,i will do med along wid NMS and UW and folks its really good idea to do kaplan ,with nma then uw,as its vast hmmmm kaplan q bank or book well still on my list ,but want to finish my surgery first

hi all congrats ujk and sfk it is great you are a winner you did it. together we will do the same in Ck even more.
i finished reading surgery notes from kaplan and i am doing surgery vignettes,which found them more organized and good to read .Im from Kaplan was more difficult for me than surgery. I am planning to do the questions from Qbook then i will passto gyne/obs.
so far not bad what about you friends how is your study going.

Sfk the vignette i was talking about is the one in kaplan notes that comes aftr you finish the surgery notes .I am talking about the download kaplan notes.

hmm u have sufficient time,if u done wid step1 first as things moe clera,so far if u hvnt done step1 then things depend upto u ,
start to kaplan wid and question and review source nms question series and usmle world,then wid passage of time u will know better wat to do
at start concentration is real concern so try to read as much u can ,6 to 8 hrs,hmm i believe it works,but more imp than study hr is the goal,target a goal and aim that goal not hours
