pick floor of the mouth if lower lip is not there.

then comes lesion in tongue.

nod....lower lip is the most frequent site of the oral cancer most commonly Adenocarcinoma due to smoking....



Edit: sorrry guys its squamous cell carcinoma on the lower lip not adenocarcinoma.......which is due to tobacco,alcohol,smoking,HPV..etc..
