Regarding H1 visa requirements , i recently read that all physicians applying to H1 need to get medical liscence in the state they r suupposed to do residency and in order to get that liscence , pysicians should have at least 1-2 years postgraduate training , so if I dont meet this condition , I will not be eligible to H1 visa ????

You need to get license for h1 but it does not have to be a full license.. training license works too.. which you get for residency anyway.. 2 year PG exp. is for full license for independent practice.. all states have training license for residency and fellowships..

Clear answer is that an H1b visa needs:
  • Contract from hospital sponsoring the visa
  • Application paperwork
  • ECFMG certificate
  • Temporary or Education license from the state that you will work in
  • Step 3 results
