Dear friends,
Most of the interviews I have got in are community hospitals.All are pretty much the same in setup,didactics and have happy resiidents.Now what I dont understand is how to assess which gives a better chance for fellowship.From what the PD says,all seem the same(obviously-they say its resident's effort based and they do encourage reserch).I dont have close contacts with the residents in any of the programs.
I wanted to know if there is a database I can look into or any other way of knowing the exact figures of residents getting into fellowship?
