i interviewed there sometime back..they interview 2-3 applicants per day...the hospital is a free standing childrens hopsital but is community...has a good program and lots of the residents do get into whatever fellowships they want...the PD seemed very interested in developing the program further...i dont know what other peoples aims are but from my point of view the advantages were---they offer h1b, prematch, waiver 1 year if u r a MD in ur home country, and have lots of IMGs so u'll be among people with similar problems ...city seemed like a safe affordable place with close by beaches and all that disadvantages were: being a community hospital all patients were admitted by community pediatricians and therefore the management plan is ultimately in their hands, patient load is medium, they dont have fellowships (which has its own advantages) i got a feeling that one would have to be a bit self motivated to further the cause of their career (but then most IMGs are very much there already !). sorry laine for writing this earlier, but hopefully swifts i answered ur query...all the best
