drffk, if you got a 99/99/CS pass, you should be getting a lot more than 2 iv's regardless of whether you have clinical experience or not...

Hey Eida,
I can relate with you totally.....I dont have a single iv call and now that i call programs the PCs most of the time are downright rude or they tell me politely 'we will not consider u bcoz of ur scores'. I took all my 3 steps in 5 months flat bcoz i wanted to apply this yr and i am miserable now.
though i got good Us lors(2), some research exp (8months) .....guess what? nothing helps. I guess now u need to keep your fingers crossed and wait patiently and calmly(i really cant explain what patiently means bcoz my family members want to run away as far away from me:madsmiling face. All my best wishes to you and me.
May you be a winner in the end.you will....I know u will...good luck.

what exactly is meant by having a "bad day"on exam day..i keep hearing this all the time...but dont really understand it??does it mean we get nervous and cant perform to the best of our ability??or we have a physical ailment that hinders giving our best...for god's sake with all the NBMEs and UWs around, a tailor made 99 is almost a peice of cake...if u got a 450 on NBME and then a 85 on the real deal..u cant blame it on a "bad day"..if u got 600 on NBME and fared poorly..its a different story then...
i am sure if u mess up a patient, no court would buy a "bad day"defense
