Just bought a used FA for step 2 CS from amazon which was advertised as a used 2007 ed but turned out to be 2004.
Are there any big differences between the two editions? Please help me coz if there are any major differences I'll be returning it back for a refund.

there were a few more questions in the history-taking section. and i think 2 more mini-cases for psych cases. and i think 5 more practice cases with partners. it isn't too big of a deal but since it wasn't as advertised then maybe return it. unless it was a really great deal.
