Hey people , Is it Laryngomalacia is the most common inspiration stridor + weak cry ? so how about this Q : You are evaluating a 1-month-old boy who has had inspiratory stridor since birth. The stridor is associated with retractions when the infant becomes agitated. Physical examination reveals a weight of 3.4 kg (10th percentile), no expiratory stridor, and weak cry. Of the following, the MOST likely cause of the stridor in this infant is A. bilateral paralysis of the vocal cords B. laryngeal cleft C. laryngomalacia D. subglottic cyst E. tracheomalacia
