i did my internship in hospital outside of my primary teaching hospital..
plz seniors who hv already applied for ptal reply...
1) form L1a do i need to add the name of medical school i attended for internship other than my primary?
2) form L6 says that it must be completed for each clinical clerkship outside of primary teaching hospital of medical school of attendance and it must be signed by the respective program director...
have already got internship completion certificate...so do i need to go to that 2nd hospital again to get each form signed or is it ok that my primary hospital signs it??
