If someone is going into anaphylactic shock and you had two choices, whether to intubate them or give epinephrine, which one would you have to do first? (for U.S.M.L.E purposes)?

First you need to administer epinephrine. In case of severe breathing problems like swelling of the throat you have to put a pt on a ventilator.
