12yr kid has 6 month hx of hyperactivity,declining school/ appetite increased, but no weight gain. Physical exam reveals slight tremors of fingers ,mild exopthalmos andnecc mass.whts the treatment ? 1PTU/methimazole 2 iodine 3 surgery 4 steroids 5 propranolol

i feel the answer shud be 1, all patients with symptomatic hyperthyroidism should be treated. therapy shud always be started with drugs....follwed by other options. so the best answer will be 1.
