17 year old sexually active boy presentsto physician beacuase of painful ulceration on glans penis and on the shaft of penis. He has multiple sexual partners and doesnt use condoms, . fever and iguinal LN also present. whts ur diagosis? 1.LGV 2 Neseria GONORHEA 3 IG 4 Herpes 5sypliss 6Lyme 7 H.ducryi infection 8HPV-6 9 HERPES ZOSTER 10 TRICHOMONAS
