Normaly Dopamine has dis inhibitory effect on GABA, and bradykinesia don't happen. Additionaly normaly ACh has + on GABA. In Parkinsonism if Ach becomes predominant than with + it should stimulate more GABA and inhibit movements. WHY in parkinsonism Ach is causing muscle rigidity and tremors?????? Can anybody help me and answer pleeeeeeeeease!!!!!!!confusedconfused
