A 23 yr old graduate student complains of burning on urination and vaginal discharge. On physical examination, a bilateral groin rash, generalised vaginal erythma, and a whitish vaginal discharge are observed, remaining physical exam is normal. The laboratory test most likely to detect a specific host defence causing this clinical problem would be,

A) blood glucose concentration

B) blood urea nitrogen concentration

C) serum IgA concentration

D)serumIgE concentration

E) serum complement concentration

E) serum complement concentration------

she probably has deficiency of C5-C9 whitch put her at more risk to have GONORRHEA

I think this is candida infection
so you should look for DM in any case of candida
