The answer is Barter's syndrome.
hypernatremia is not seen in barter's syndrom, but defintely seen in Conn Syndrome.

INC URINE VOL CONTINUOUSLY GIVE CLUE TO BARTER SYND

Increase urine volume can occur in both Conn syndrome and Barter syndrome.

BP is mostly below normal ( because of salt wasting ) in Barter syndrome.

Answer should be A.

Bartter's syndrome patient has increased in Urinary Chloride levels, I don't see that in the question.
