First of all..

when a tryptophan leader sequence is being made... I understand why a hairpin shape emerges when there isn't enough tryptophan... but why does it make a similar shape when there's excess tryptophan? And how do these hairpin shapes cause feedback inhibition???

Thanks to those who help!!!
