First of all.. when a tryptophan leader sequence is being made... I understand why a hairpin shape emerges when there isn't enough tryptophan... but why does it make a similar shape when there's excess tryptophan? And how do these hairpin shapes cause feedback inhibition??? Second of all.. in the simplest answer possible, what's the main difference between generalized transduction and specialized transduction?? I don't understand. Thanks to those who help!!!
