you just do not understand that rights of person we all respect a lot are violated. He himself is not happy that his lectures were taped without his concent.
If you or smb you know were attended at his lectures you probably know that they do not allow backpacks, handbags or jackets at his lectures in order to prevent ppl taping what they are not supposed to tape. And they are warning - do not do that bcs we do not allow it bcs he doesn't want it.
One thing if ppl taping lecture and everybody can see it and lecturer doesn't mind but here is another case.
All what i mean is that i can't say that it is right thing. Don't know why you are struggling.
