wat r the chances of getting H1B visa without step3
is step3 quintessential in getting H1B
i hav got 99 in both step1 and 2
i am planning to write cs as soon as possible
i may write in early jan....... can i match for this year

You can't get an H1b visa without your step three results in your hand. It's a requirement.

so there is no way i get into residency this year can i ?

You could get into a residency on a J-1 visa once you are ECFMG certified.

is it better to wait for one year or to go for j1 visa
