Beta blockers,digoksin.....if it isnt WPW Ca channel blockers....And also Adenosine

synchronised cardioversion and after stabilization we can use digoxin to maintain rhythm.

for acute reduction on heart rate/tachycardia..u can use calcium blockers

you are right,, when will we use Synchronised cardioversion for a pt with atrial fib

when pt goes into VT's.....we use cardioversion / its elective :roll:
