1:30 PM, I failed for 2nd time in english..they gave me excellent in encounter, but nothing in english. I don't know what is the problem! i live here in NYC for 2 years and have a good english..could it be the accent raised eyebrow

Tarek, sorry to hear about that. I think best way to tell is to have some native english speakers as your friend. Ask them to correct you or instruct you when you are incorrect or unclear.

Try doing observership/externship- that will help you speak better English.
