Here are the rest of my cancelled interviews. I was waiting for my step 3 results to come out first before I cancelled them, just in case my prematch offer was revoked for a failed attempt. Thankfully that wasn't case so here they are:

I have cleared step 3, accepted a prematch and signed the contract. Thank you VERY MUCH dear friends for all advices, corrections and GREAT ideas.
