I am an IMG practicing medicine in Europe!
I want to go to the US to get a residency program in plastic surgery, neurosurgery or ORL. I am starting the process... now!
To do so I must get ECFMG validation, and to do that I have to do the step 1, 2 and 3, right? Is it very dificult?
I am a little bit worried because I dont know the books I must study to step 1!
Can anyone tell me were can I get kaplan notes? Is it free or for sale? where can I find them?
Is there any preparation scool or program to lead us to an excellent mark on the exams (step 1 and 2)? in the US? Is it good?

If you are full time study student its not impossible.
Go to, www.kaplanmedical.com get full syllabus and get more detail and try to buy DVD lectures with FIrst Aid Usmle step 1 by Vikas Bhushan, get Audio pathology lectures by Goljan and for Q bank go to www.NBME.org
