Hi all,
I had an IV and at the end the PD told me she was interested in offering me a prematch but she had to talk to the other interviewers and she was supposed to contact me last monday.
After IV I wrote a thank you email to PC but got no response.
I haven't had any news from PD or PC..., I'm not sure how to interpret this..., should I send another email to the PC (PD wouldn't give email to applicants)? or should I just let it go?..., I don't want to seem to pushy...
I am interested in the program...

I think the right thing to do is to wait... If they said they are interested, then they will contact you... On the other hand, if they are late in contacting you, you could give the PC a quick call and ask politely about when you should hope to hear back from them as you have other interviews scheduled, but you are most interested in their program, so if a prematch is in the works, you need to cancel your other interviews in a timely manner...

If you're really interested in the program..call them or email them. Show them your the resident their looking for, other wise move on and get a better prematch

Q; out of curiosity .. usually prematch want u all 3 yr , unless ur in to 1 yr I.M then yr 2 & up to other speciality which is fr yr 2 onwards but usually u apply get the contarct now or ur like some of us , to see what's in the palte so go for yr 1 I.M then will decide what next , which speciality in for u taht u like to b in yr 2 onward then apply .
Have frd's siblings , been like that or in 3 yr contyarct but did not like it after yr 1 so switch that later is bad & prg does not like .
With 1 yr means no visa I guess . Any one needs visa especially H1 , how can they get yr 1 Int Med then to neuro yr 2 onwards ,etc which need 1st .. 1 yr I.M or Surgery b4 into that speciality prg . Just my curiosity, thanks .
I am also not realy sure what I will since I like alot of fields , so , will need to learn fr u ..re sign for 1 yr only to which next though am still in my prep starting
There is famous amusment park in OH too .
