Hi Guys, My exam is after 2 weeks. I am a liitle bit worried about answering 350 questions in 7 hours as i never did it before in my life. also i dont have time to simulate the exam as my schedule is too tight. I need your advice regarding that issue. how ro avoid fatigue, loss of concentration or burn out in the 5 th block?

Hi godfather i just did my exam on nov 26th and you are right to think of it as mission impossible coz i did feel like Tom cruise hanging on the cliff in other words tiring just pace yourself take break even if you think you can go on coz you might get tired in the middle of a block and you have no choice but to finish thats what happened to me in the 5th block. well good luck

don't panic now......... with your tight schedule you hardly have anytime to panic. its tough i know......... but be brave, think of step 2,its one block less that that.i would advice you to do the following start thinking from now onwards that you are going to enjoy answering the questions instead of worryin about the length of exam it wil lower the anxiety a bit and you will feel better my advice is to take break after each bloc.becoz two blocks at a strech becomes really painful.a small break in between acts as a life saver during the breaks, just go out the exam room, freshen up,wash your face, have a glass of water, and sometihng to eat,and also some energy drink or fruit juice.so that each time you go back your energy reserve is good.it will really really help. and for now, stop worrying,it will lead you nowhere. good luck

If u have ever worked in ER think of each q as a case/ patient n u won't feel the tiredness till u get done. Ok, u'll have to imagine urself as the Nobel prize Physicist or pharmacologist there, I can't help. :P Good luck, friend!!!!!!! U'll be fine, have faith.

you need to have days in our schedule where you do simmilate an 8 hour exam timed. I usually do them every 3-4 days starting two weeks before the exam date. This does two things. 1) it prepares you for the mental stamina to do 350 questions, timed, all at once 2) It starts to become second nature, and you lose the anxiety and apprehension associated with an all day exam. g'luck
