i a happy that u raised this sensitive issue which most of the people are reluctant to talk about ...here are my tips 1. start getting up early in the morning at about 5.45 am about a week before exam and your bowl movement will be set at 7 or 7.30 that will help u on the day of exam. 2. a night before exam u might get some frequent lose stools but its all psychological and infact its good coz it will evacuate ur gut. 3. on the morning of the exam u may also get 1 or 2 stools but don't worry it will be temporary and if u have trained ur bowel by getting up early in the morning it should be fine. 4. if during exam u have to go , than u always have break time .use it when u need it. 5. i tried the above strategy and i worked for me . it should work for u. 6. i will not recommend any medicine.
