Dear friends, I have got some interviews but am still waiting for.I have been calling programs i have been put on hold and the sad thing is,even though candidates are cancelling interviews they are doing so on the day of interview,not leaving the program coordinator enough time to send invites to people like us who are still waiting and hopefull.

i dont mean this post to play the blame game but it is happening to people.So guys there is opportunity but we are a little behind in the line!Either the unappy programs will invest more time inviting the missed candidates or just make up there list, if they are really exhausted.

One of my biggest peeves!!! I actually received an email from an applicant during the interview process.....
