Whats the best response to the question where do you see yourself in 5 years or what are your goals fellowship or not.
Considering a person who wants to say he/she isn't too much interested in fellowships, without saying that in too clearly.

just a thought....
Hospitalist / Generalist... You are so in love with IM/FM...that you don't see yourself committing to just one subspecialty, and you would like to be exposed to the wide variety of pathology seen on that specialty...
