but if he isserum CMV IgG + NEED TO BE GIVEN GANCYCLOVIR prophylaxis.[ IgG is
recovered stage then then why to give prophylakis]

hep vaccine produce antibodies which are already formed and little if muchn better can be done but CMV ab production.,still ganciclover act at intracellular level and can produce effect
