If some one takes the step 3 in last 2 weeks of January, is it too late for H1 visa?
i mean do the programs need to have our step 3 result b4 ROL submission to consider us for H1 ? or is it ok if we have our result b4 the match day?

This question is bothering me also... I know that some programs (I have only seen one) need step 3 results before January 31 for the H1 visa.
