I have been stuck all day in the first chap of epidemiology(kaplan). I don't get it: it is supposed to be an easy one!
I hope to end this chapter, do a few qs and go back to pharm as quick as possible

hi.
check out the kaplan epidemiology lectures if you haven't ,it will help.also try to get hold of the step2 psyciatry and epi notes and read epi in those ,also step2 lectures if possible... it will really help.i too used to find epidemiology hard and boring until i did the step 2 stuff.its good.

I was just offered a good position as a generalist, full time, near the sea-I am not joking, the clinic is just across the beach, I went to visit, the water was very, well u know ...I am going to pass...The money is good but I need to match in 2009, it seems very distant, very hard to attain...I am so scared, will I ever finish this first read, it has been almost 45nths!

Still not over pharm, I spent the whole day reviewing the questions on Kaplan.
Still 200 explanations to go...

I am halfway through Qbank-yeah, the 15-day trial-some questions keep coming back ..., some are too easy...some aren't that easy.
I still haven't studied anatomy, i am still not done with pharm...
I keep focusing on the Qbank, but I need to go back to my studies...

Yesterday,only 30 pages of anatomy...
I am supposed to start my 2nd read today, exam is 3 months from now on...I am starting usmle world today:
100 Qs UW+100 Qs Kaplan a day
Anatomy, Pharmacology, Physiology 3hours and 3 chapters a day each.

I was sleepy this morning, only did anatomy, review, no new chapter...
Did about 170 Qs UW, averaged 54%
I don't know if that's good or bad.
Have to sleep, it is 1:15 am, or I'll waste tomorrow

yes,i screwed yesterday, slept too late.
All I did were 2 sets of Qs, got 38% and 64%respectively,
Those scores do fluctuate!!!
today, I started to study at 6:30, reviewing Qs on UW.
I must get back to anatomy and pharm today.

I progressed a bit in anatomy today, I still haven't foud the time to go back to pharm and physio..
I am still stuck with those UW Qs...I don't see the ebd of it,still scoring 56...
I will do better tomorrow.
