Programs can only get your result by downloading your usmle transcript from the eras postoffice. When you have a new result available, you will see a new usmle transcript available for download on ADTS (check the date). This will occur between 24-48hrs after your result is released. Note that if you didn't select automatic retransmission of results then you have to resend your transcript yourself.
For the IV you have on the 4th, the program will not have your result. For the one on the 6th, its unlikely the program will have it even if your result is released on the 5th. There's no need to call the program though, you can easily check on ADTS.
