If u only ask for a position(without thinking where to go), u r definitely in already, as u r a citizen.

A passport sometimes worths more than double 99.

  #4

thank u guys..good luck to all of us.

yeah..scores almost never come up during interviews, so dont worry about that..even if ur asked, say that because this is a mcq based exam, scores dont reflect ur true potential, and ur much better in the real scenario..figure out a good answer to that without trying rationalize(easier said then done)

I would say work exp in USA (very important), research, LORs, people that can recommend u. Nice attitude during interview is v. imp
Tell them that u r a great MD but a bad test taker.
Don't worry, people w 99 in all steps( with GG ) still don't have prematch. Why? Think about this and don't worry.
Good luck

buddy you have 12 interviews, many ppl out here with scores in 90's dont even have that. So if someone has already invited you for an iv, they know it well. They have invited you that means you're a potential resident. So be confident! And I am sure you will match. Citizenship is very important when considering current scenario(so many people seeking visa)
