Dear BBB or seniors,

I received a letter from PD one day after I interviewed in that program. PD said: we would be happy to host you for informal time in the program if that would be useful to you and also tell me his phone number which is not listed in the webpage.
Is it a hint for "second visit"
Is it appropriate saying that I am very interested in second visit to the program in my thank you note ?

When people do the second visit ? after completing all interviews or anytime should be appropriate ?

A few candidates, less than 10 do a second look. Do it when it's convenient for you. As for scheduling it, does it say to email or to contact the coordinator?

PD did not say about scheduling in his mail. Now I don't know it is a generic mail or specific mail for me.
I mentioned my interest on second visit in my thank you note which will be mailed out today.

I am going to call PD or PC a few days later after I come back from another interview.

Yes, it's convenient for me. I will defintely do it.

Hey wywywy2006, I think I know the program you are talking about. I got a similar mail from the PD. So when are u planning for the second visit.

hi maroon8, I think this mail may be a generic one to every applicant. I did not talk with PC and PD about second visit.

Did you get the mail right after your interview ?
I think they already prepared this mail. Just sent out right after we finished the interview

I think you are right. It seems to be a generic one. Actually I interviewed in the thanks giving week, so it was a bit late for me.
