1.- A----------has been shown to help patients with ALzheimers

2.- D ----------Cardiac tamponade (TRIAD : hypotension , increase JVD , pulsus paradoxus)

3.- E ---------- CHF from LVF ( hypotension , increase JVD , crackles, enlarged PMI )

The 2nd one is not Cardiac tamponade. I will go with G.
There is nothing that shows there is pulsus paradoxus or distant heart sound.
