SO we pick programs from ERAS
and
than rank programs on NRMP?

1.- Pick programs and apply
2.- Wait for Interviews
3.- Go to interviews (Accept pre-match if offered and you are interested)
3.1.- I pre-match offer accepted CANCEL rest of interviews and withdraw ...
4.- Rank programs where you had Interviews on NRMP, according to OWN preference
5.- Wait for match results
if you did not get interviews, or unmatched > Plan B: scramble
1.- Choose and apply to at least 1 program /get in the system (scanning documents process) (process before the ranking)
2.- Rank 1 (any) program on NRMP
3.- wait for list off unfilled positions on NRMP the day of the match
4.- Apply to programs with unfilled positions through ERAS and/or Fax / Call/ Go to programs with unfilled positions
