As far as I know , I call friends at kaplan recently end of last month & early this month she, he said nothing new out , that is after someone here post that ... there is new 2008 purple color new st 2 kap books are out at kap center in Sept , or early Oct this yr .
Actually that is wrong .
Also the date DR. C.F . said is may be temptating date cause I also got info that new DVD , books will be in Nov around re that from friends attending his classes , but not clear all or just Int Med will be new dvd & , new book or all will be .
Will post when know from kap friends & I will also go there in next yr to find out if all new books, dvd or just few .
Even the new one bright yellow orange has 2 versions , newest 2006-2007 [ out in mid or early 2006 ] & abit older one 2005-2006 which has not munch difference according to the staff , but some extra info ... are there .
But that 2005-2006 2nd latest has more in some & less in some in one particular subj I check so far, compare to the older one ie. version b4 2005-2006 one .
So after all , kap has trends , you read current one they said, but my experiences usually older one is thicker & more info but not in all .
But newer one has new info , that's all especially in st 1 pharmaco & immuno [ but old immuno has clearer pic , explaination ] & in case of st 1 more pic, diagram, graph .
So st 2 will be similar, few new info & few less info I guess.
Best info is call kaplan , go there ask to look at books, dvd & find out so you will enroll with new dvd, books , instead of old , even worse change in between & has to start all over again like some of us ends up with with extention months , that wasting ur time, money & patient.
Let me know too if you got official info since I am also waiting for new one to come up to go to center study too .
