If the program did not requested any documents, most likely they won't ask for them during the interview. But it is a good idea to always carry copies of diplomas, certificates, transcripts, CV, etc.

Thanks Silenced MD....Is it ok to IV without any documents or should we go by taking a few as a back-up?

You might want to take your proof of residency like copy of green card or copy of docs showing visa status. For California I had taken PTAL copy also. One of the program did not ask to bring any docs but asked for my GC copy when I went for the interview...luckily I had one.
