hello everyone
i am here to seek for your advice

31 year old female .having left sided pain for 2 weeks.usually begins with menses or ovulation but this pain is crampy got only relief by taking tyelenol.
HX regular normal periods
past Hx of similar episodes of this pain for 6 months.
U/S normal
No fever.,no dicharge
No acne,no hirsutism
no UTI
no GIT prob
No appendicitis
No PID(no discharge)

whts your diagnosis and treatment for it???

2 weeks continous pain... and similar pain in past..-- isthere something serious???plzz help

dysmenorrhea, to r/o endometriosis. treatment: analgesics at this time, NSAIDs.

GET AN APPT WITH OB&GYN. IT LOOKS LIKE THIS IS REAL, SO A REAL GYNECOLOGIST MUST EVALUATE THIS PATIENT IN PERSON.

yeah,,,,endometriosis cannt be seen on ULTRASOUND..only ovary heterogencity can be seen..but not in other areas.

endometriosis - dx can is confrimed by laparoscopy, usually pain only w/ menses

other signs could be pain w/ sexual intercourse, on defecation, may find nodularites in culdesac but that will depend on location , ovarian chocolate cysts -- endometrioma
