ALS: ofcourse as everyone knows, there is UMN and LMN signs due to loss of lateral corticospinal tracts and and ant. motor neurons. Picks Disease: progressive dementia typically involving frontal-temporal regions of brain. Lewy Body Disease: usually presents in the 70s, or 80s (late in life) w/ symptoms such as episodic disturbances of consciousness, syncope, sleep disorders, and unexplained delirium.
