I am getting frustrated! I have applied to over 45 IM programs and have no IV at all! I scored 92 Step 1 and 94 step 2 and passed Step 2 CS.
I have MRCP from UK, 2 yrs of research with publications and good IM experience (6yrs) from UK. I dont know what else I can do now?
Please advice me

It's probably bcz u apply for university programs only, and visa along with the graduation yr definitely restricts u to some extent.
Try Pennsylvania Hospital and Baystate. These 2 loveeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeeee MRCP.

MPH is right. A lot depends on the type of programs you've applied to and also when you applied. I recently applied to a lot of programs.. my creds are similiar to yours - 92/96/waiting for CS result, 06 grad (No MRCP/UK experience though).. I just have one interview

I applied in 2nd week of October. I have applied to both UH and CH in most hospitals across northeast states - illinois, michigan, ny, nj, pa
I am not sure if I am late in applying...
any benefit of writing follow-up emails to program coordinators? is there a format of such email?

numbers dont really matter, but where u applied does really matter. no i dont think that e-mailing them will really help. Sometimes before applying we are not sure what is the situation. I was in ur place i would have applied to few more program.
