A. Likely odema from injury, but collateral circulation is adequate. C. RA C. D. Chronic PE A. E. In some cases of OCD, CTB alone may be effective for treatment.

29 i initially thought it was cardiac tamponade because the chest is clear.. but cardiac tamponade would not have a discrete apical impulse. Hence i would go for PE. if the chest sounds were not clear and there were crackles, with displaced apical impulse and S3..there was a similar question in nbme 2..it wld be chf..
