what is the drug of choice to treat a new dx patient with parkinsons?

As a general rule, the better it felt when you said it, the more trouble it's going to get you into.

It depends on his functional status....If he is functioning well---You could go with anti-cholinergics in younger patients and amantadine in elderly.

If he is functionally impaired, you could go with carbi-dopa/levodopa combination

WAO and some of us did not knew that when we took step1
and then we saw the question and say that is easy and get it wrong.

Is true they say that all steps are integrated
