I agree with 1 but wouldn't 2 be D.....dehydrated baby increases Na concentration. Increase aldosterone will dump some of the potassium??

SIADH, would cause less urine and hyponatremia..so cannot be d

He is pissing too much (urine osmoloarity is low) and has hypotension, tenting of mucous membranes etc-dehaydrated (high Na)
