Q-2
Surgical Care: Surgery usually is not indicated for chronic prostatitis. However, in select situations when a patient has recurrent episodes of chronic prostatitis and improves with antibiotics, a TURP may remove a nidus of infection.
Q-3
Urine Normal: NO GN
Na on higher side and K on lower suggest Aldosterone in action.
RENAL ARTERY STENOSIS: Underperfused kidney smaller plus increased renin-AT-Aldosterone.

Please correct me if there's something else.
