Hello everyone, I need some help. I wanted to know if I have enough time to study in order to take the exam Jan 31.
I started my prep Oct 22 and I've only finished IM up to inf.Dz and this is only my first reading.
Will I have enough time to do the rest of topics and subjects and be ready for the exam?
I am not trying to be a 99%, I am just looking for a decent score and to pass!
So waht do u guys think?
It took me 5 weeks to do more than 1/2 of IM ( I have a very busy schedual and up till last week I was not doing more than 2-3 hrs/day)
Now I put in a good 5-6hrs/day.
My scores on the subjects I've completed in UW is 50%.
I guess my Q is, will peds, obgyn, psych, epi and bio and the rest of subjecst take alot of time to study?
Can it all be done in one month?

I think you can I did it in less than that amount of time and before you say NOO
I work full time getting home 10.30 pm 3days a wk
I also have 2 children which are my 2and 1/2 yr old daughter and my husband
Give UW all you have got
I was only able to finish IM surg and ped in kaplan but i did UW 100% and my corrections
see you can do it
my score was not excellent but it was decent

Thankyou soo much E20!!  I really appreciate your reply, I could not bare to open up a book since thanxgvng weekend and I dread studying!! It's hard when you have that feeling that no matter what u do there is no time!
But you have given me hope, I do understand your children situation! That was well said, I have 5 including my husband!

ps. Did you look at first aid? I read so much about it on this website, the new edition, so I bought it figuring it would encourage me to study, but it's not as fun as the one for step 1. What do u think?
