i am no expert . it seems hard , scores really dont matter that much this time . there are program who dont require ecfmg certificate for accepting application , but definately they prefer sending ivs to those candidates who have certificate. but u should hope for the best , if u are a recent grad u can stand a chance. once again i say i am not an expert, i might b wrong

unfortunately I believe there's no specific answer to that question... and it seems difficult to predict number of interviews based on 2 scores.... other credentials that seem important are: grad year publications/research experience USCE? (externship, observership, UK) USLORS (private practice, community faculty, university faculty) Programs applied to / Number of programs applied to Date of application submission visa status Contacts phd, mph I would not rely just on web requirements, but I hope you chose some good programs where you'd have a chance ... unfortunately your Cs results will come a little bit late (jan 30- feb 20) and programs want that result early...and even more if you are interested in H1 visa. finally, and going back to your main question.... chances ? I don't know, and with high chances of being wrong, I will guess: with those scores applying on sept 1 with no USCE, no CS, no USlors, no research, grad>3-5 years...and applying wisely to 50-70 programs maybe 3-6 interviews? vs. the same scores applying on sept 1, but this time with USCE, certified, USLORS, research, recent grad applying to the same programs:maybe 10-15 interviews ? ..even more depending on USlors and amount of research same credentials applying in late november: 1-3.... vs 4-6...? Again, I don't know and I'm just guessing, because of course it is very difficult to predict.. but one of the important variables for a succesful match outcome for IMGs is step 2ck and you have a good score.. I hope to be wrong and expect you get more interviews... if you have contacts, NOW is the time to use them... it would be helpful if you post your experience at the end of the season to have some ideas about this question... btw...fellowship is a complete different story... best of luck...
