hi i am sorry for the inconvienc
i am in a difficult situation originally i am from Ethiopia and did medical school in Santiago de cuba facultad #2. now i am preparing to join residency,i already took usmle step 1.now ECFMG neded to verify my documents and they already sent it to Cuba since the last 1 year they couldn't get the answer from cuba.since i am in this situation i neded some to help me out of this or tell me how i can solve it

you're going to have to personally get in touch with your med. school and remind them that they need to verify those documents asap!! they'll have to send those verified documents on their own, you cannot intervene and send them on their behalf--ECFMG doesn't allow that...but what you can do is personally get in touch with someone in the admin. of your med. school and tell them it's urgent and they need to verify these documents and send them back to ECFMG right away.

Silver thank you for your advice yes it is true i am not allawed to do that but i found the medical school dean's email adress from a certain website but even though i tried repeatdly failed to connect at this moment i dont know what to do i am still searching.
