M.S (MITRAL STENOSIS)= MID DIASTOLIC MURMUR M.R = PANSYSTOLIC MURMUR A.S (AORTIC STENOSIS)=EJECTION SYSTOLIC MURMUR A.R= EARLY DIASTOLIC MURMUR MVP(mitral valve prolapse)=late systolic murmur

MS=left 5th intercostal space,heard best when pt. tilted towards left MR=left 5th intercostal space,radiating to Rt.axilla AS=2nd right intercostal space,heard best during expiration,radiates to rt.carotid artery PS=2nd left intercostal space,heard best during deep inspiration tricuspid=5th intercostal space on left sternal border,heard best during deep inspiration
