Friend Zone means she/he is everything u want to have as a friend but the chemistry for marriage aint there.
Havent u ever come across a member of the opposite sex u 2 get along great and r very good friends but also know the very fact tht if u take this relationship into something else its gonna badly cos u 2 have become best friends and if u dont talk to each other u dont have anyone else to talk to. Its a rare find this sort of relationship it takes very hard to find such a person who becomes ur friend and u can take the relationship somewhere. Mostly wht happens is that we think this will work great and it doesnt or we dont take it to the next level cos we are afraid to lose the friend if things dont work out. Both have to be very mature and adult to understand whts going to happen or might happen.

This is how i see it going on:
A guy has some good friends whom he needs for advice, talking to, crisis, financial aid, socialty, etc .... then he has these others that he just meets for stuff and stuff.
Cant he just combine them with a magical bond and he gets something called marriage?
If marriage isnt about just that, what is it about?

 ...it would have been better if this graph was accordinbg to scale...wat we do come into dating zone..graph says if mental attract increase u become friends...if it decrease we enter the zone of pain...wat s the ideal mental attractiveness..

RX135 - I don't think you can read the graph like that. zone of pain is low intelligence, low atrractivity. It's basically your saturday morning special.

Its like the match made heaven and only seen in the movies or books or theories. It means it doesnt exist at all. There is only one couple to my knowlegde that would fit the null set area that is Brad and Angie but thats Hollywood and what really happens no one knows.

So what happens with one is a (she)null set and the other partner is a (he)zone of pain?
How can that happend?
And the one in the zone of pain(he) know she is there and ask the partner and the partner that is in the null set(she) knows and tell the other yes I know you are in the zone of pain and that I'm in the null set
Is something wrong here? and lets say that the partner in the zone pain does not have money or anything to offer?
What when wrong here?

That Null hypothesis=everything is to good to be true---increased in mental and physical attractiveness
Usually Null Hypothesis is proven wrong for an alternative hypothesis
alternative hypothesis=no such a person exist

Look at the graph again and you will find that the opposite partner is the epitome of both Mental and Physical attractiveness and is therefore above the marriage potential.
